Inyeti Consultancy (PTY) LTD is a wholly Swati owned entity, duly incorporated under the Companies act of 1912. The organisation was founded in 2021 and offers a range of consultancy services relevant to; strategy and innovation, training and research, education and institution systems, governance training as well as organisational development. The organisation also provides consultancy services relevant to change management and contemporary digital evolutions.
Inyeti was founded as a response to the growing need for professional and experienced consultancy services within the sphere of organisational strategic direction, organisational development and business development for educational and other corporate institutions in Eswatini.
Inyeti aims to provide prudent and practical consultancy services in order to enhance and guide the strategic and organisational development of educational and other corporate institutes in and around Eswatini. The organisation aims to guarantee a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring the provision of qualified and experienced consultants for its clients. Furthermore, it is the intention of the organisation to form and maintain relationships within the industry.
In line with the vision, Inyeti has set the following objectives in order to reach its goals:
Inyeti was founded by Busisiwe Simelane. Prior to the founding of Inyeti, Busisiwe served in various executive positions. She successfully led Macmillan Education Eswatini for more than a decade; under her leadership the company experienced phenomenal growth. As a founding Director, Busisiwe’s role includes ensuring the formation and implementation of a strategic plan which will enable Inyeti to reach its medium and long term goals. Her vast experience in the corporate world and in the Education arena as well as her related qualifications, enable her to undertake this task with confidence and efficiency. She holds a B.A. Humanities and a Diploma in Education both from UNESWA, as well as a M.Ed. from St Marys University, Canada. Her previous work experience includes being a High school teacher, College lecturer, School Inspector, Desk Editor, Commissioning Editor, Publishing Manager, Publishing Director and Managing Director. In addition, Busisiwe has also served in several boards including Eswatini Council of Arts and Culture, Eswatini Library Services, Eswatini Trust Commission and the MTN foundation to name a few. She possesses core competencies ranging from planning and directing organisation’s activities, company governance and compliance, development and execution of business strategy as well as compiling policy and research reports. Her industry related knowledge consists of materials development, training, as well as project development and implementation.
The Inyeti support staff has been inclusive of a single consultant from the time of its inception. Bandzile Simelane is a B.Com graduate in Strategic Business Management from Varsity College, Durban North. In fulfilment of the practical aspect of the degree programme, Bandzile worked part time for Area Based Management Unit (ABM) as a consultant where he was able to utilise his analytical skills and knowledge and also helped to further develop these skills in a practical and fast-paced environment. Prior to pursuing his B.Com Degree, Bandzile obtained a Diploma in Sports and Development Management. Bandzile previously worked as a Project Analyst for Insika Financial Services where he conducted investment related statistical analysis and undertook the composition of company presentations. He has also previously worked as a freelance Policy Developer where he oversaw the development of professional corporate policies ranging from Business Plans, Company Profiles, Risk Assessments and Risk Management Policies. Coupled with his duties as an Inyeti consultant, Bandzile is currently completing a PG. dip in Management with Varsity College, Westville.
